1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betlead website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the betlead Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

betlead reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the betlead Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accessing the betlead Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by using the Platform, that person or entity accepts these Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the betlead Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. betlead strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents from any player whose age is in question.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold betlead accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of betlead or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betlead Platform, or from any other gambling platform operated by betlead or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

betlead reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the betlead Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all betlead accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betlead account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. betlead uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betlead reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your betlead account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlead account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. betlead will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify betlead support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

betlead is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. betlead reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the betlead Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

betlead accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your betlead account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. betlead is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. betlead processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to KYC completion. betlead reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in the player's name.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. betlead does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. betlead is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. betlead reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

5Bonuses & Promotions

betlead offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all betlead bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. betlead reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• betlead reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the betlead Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

betlead uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from reputable third-party game providers. All games are tested for fairness and compliance by independent testing laboratories. betlead does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, betlead will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, betlead reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. betlead's decision in such matters is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betlead Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betlead staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the betlead Platform or its underlying technology.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the betlead Platform — including but not limited to the betlead name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of betlead or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betlead Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the betlead Platform without prior written consent from betlead.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betlead, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betlead Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond betlead's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.

betlead's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betlead account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension & Termination

betlead reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, betlead will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with its withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. betlead reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

You may close your betlead account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11Privacy

betlead collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betlead Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betlead implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and betlead cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12Responsible Gaming

betlead is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betlead players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your betlead account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betlead Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact betlead's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. betlead will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

betlead's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
